FEDERATION OF KENYA WOMEN LAWYERS URGES GOVERNMENT TO ENACT LAWS AGAINST TECHNOLOGY -FACILITATED VIOLENCE

This appeal comes in response to the increasing incidents of cyber harassment, online stalking a recent case emanating from a prominent lawmaker in Nairobi. During a press conference held in Nairobi, FIDA Kenya representatives highlighted alarming statistics that reveal a surge in technology-facilitated violence, particularly during this digital era where almost 90% of young people are tech sarvey .
